4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorise Q9 TRADE LIMITED to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically within 24-48 hours of purchase confirmation via an email download link. Consulting and service packages commence on the agreed start date. 6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, AI systems, templates, and resources created by WorkTravel Academy remain the intellectual property of Q9 TRADE LIMITED unless explicitly transferred in writing. Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for their own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce our intellectual property without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
WorkTravel Academy provides AI tools and consulting services to support business operations. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q9 TRADE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
