Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Q9 TRADE LIMITED (Company No. 09194117, registered in England and Wales), trading as WorkTravel Academy. Registered office: 21 Heavitree Road, Exeter, Devon, EX1 2LD, UK. Director: Saulius Bertauskas.
1. Digital Products & AI Reports
All digital products, AI reports, templates, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically within 24-48 hours of purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the product does not match its description or if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
2. Consulting & Service Packages
For AI consulting engagements, implementation sprints, and managed service packages: cancellations requested more than 7 days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once work has commenced or the service has been delivered.
3. Membership Plans
Monthly membership plans may be cancelled at any time. Annual memberships cancelled within 14 days of purchase receive a full refund. After 14 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email UK@worktravel.agency with your order number, the product or service name, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
